An adolescent gelada swiping at a much smaller gelada.
Like so many baby monkeys seem to, this little gelada was making up for its small size with plenty of spirit, and was reluctant to back down when faced with a much larger adolescent.

A British barn owl in the air.
Crazy old bird, this owl: looks far too bulky to be a bird (apart from a floaty one) but is incredible in the air. Not blisteringly fast but it really was silent.

A squirrel monkey with some food, running along a rope.
This monkey seems to have some good food, and wants to keep it that way. The motion blur on the foot and the control of depth of field are very pleasing on the eye, and bring the attention to the monkey’s little face.

He looks a little spooked. Nice bit of energy to this picture, particularly with only the two feet gripping the rope at the time.
